David has been working with Digital Media and Interactive Design since 1996. Being formally trained as a Fine Artist, he earned his BFA from CalArts in Valencia, California. In his many years of experience, David has worked in nearly every stage of production in the interactive workflow. Working in Los Angeles and specializing in Flash interactive advertising, David has had the opportunity to work with a great many Global Brands and Fortune 500 companies. Moving to New Zealand in 2006, David has continued his work in Interactive Design and User Experience in both full time and freelance capacities.
David is currently working in a full time role as Senior Experience Designer for Contact energy.
Current tools include: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Balsamiq Mockups, Figma, MIRO,
JIRA, Confluence, in an Agile environment.
